	Nemo Engineering Nemo Engineering represents the Centre of Excellence for Apply’s business area ‘Subsea Services’. Nemo focuses on engineering and manufacturing of products for the subsea market. We are involved in many of the major subsea developments in the North Sea, and in several projects internationally. Nemo currently consists of three companies. Nemo Engineering is the main office; the administration and engineering staff are located in Lysaker, just outside Oslo, and the mechanical workshop Haatech located in Hokksund. This allows for an interesting combination of product development and fabrication, providing excellent hands-on experience, and the ability to follow a product from start to finish. In October 2009, Nemo purchased the company Land & Marine Technology Systems (LMTS) based in Perth, Western Australia. LMTS has changed its name to Nemo Offshore Pty Ltd. The acquisition is part of a strategic plan to increase Nemo’s broader international presence and penetration into the global subsea market. Since the company was established in 1989, Nemo has experienced a steady growth, attaining a turnover for both companies of approximately 280 million NOK. Nemo envisages a viable development in the subsea market over the coming years, and has unwavering confidence in future expansion. Nemo’s main resource consists of 130 creative and motivated employees, working in a dynamic and expanding market sector. By recognizing that the skills and experience of the staff is unique, the goal is to search continuously for challenging projects, both in respect to technology and project execution. Nemo’s main range of products is: Riser Bases, manifolds, GRP protective covers and structures.
