Prior to assuming the role of CEO at Moreld Apply, Karsten Gudmundset served as a member of the group management team at the German Kaefer Group, where he held the position of Managing Director for eight years.

He has a wealth of experience from a range of management roles at Kvaerner and Aker Kvaerner companies, both in Norway and internationally.

Janne Hornnes brings over 13 years of experience in finance and control to our team.

She was appointed CFO in June 2024 and has previously held several key positions in the company.

Janne holds a Master’s degree in Business Analysis and Performance Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Agnar Kongshaug has been in the company for more than 30 years, and is responsible for overseeing the operations, products and services of Moreld Apply since October 2012, following his tenure as Managing Director of Apply Altra in 2011.

Ane Bryne Berg leads Major Projects at Moreld Apply and has more than 25 years of experience from the global energy sector.

She has held senior leadership roles across project development, operations, digital transformation and innovation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving sustainable business growth.

Ane holds an MSc in Industrial Chemistry from NTH.

Astrid Aadnøy has been the lead for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality at Moreld Apply since February 2010.

She has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on HSE & Q management, as well as the implementation and follow-up of management systems within HSE, Quality and Risk Management.

Pål Svarstad has more than 20 years of global experience in the energy sector.

His expertise spans operational leadership, supply chain management, sustainability and business transformation.

Pål holds an MSc in Business & Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of Stavanger.

Vegard Haugeto joined Moreld Apply in 2010 after graduating from NTNU with a Master of Science in Physics and Mathematics.

He has extensive experience in technical, project, and leadership roles across both project execution and company operations.

Vegard leads the company’s strategic development and transformation initiatives, driving growth, improving performance, and strengthening competitiveness.

Line Budsberg joined Moreld Apply in 2020. She brings extensive experience in project management, business development and operational leadership within the energy industry.

Line has a strong track record driving commercial performance and building lasting client relationships.

She holds qualifications in Organizational Leadership and technical education in Mechanical Engineering and Automation.

Erlend Seppola has over a decade of experience from the energy industry. His core competencies lie in subsea and field development, encompassing design engineering across all development stages, tendering, and business development.
