Moreld has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Logan Energy Limited for the development and deliveryof technical solutions and services for hydrogen applications.
The Parties will cooperate with the aim of delivering complete hydrogen energy solutions for the Norwegian andScandinavian market, with an option to explore and extend the cooperation to other regions as agreed feasible. The cooperation includes all know-how, technology and engineering required to deliver end-to-end hydrogen energy solutions.
Moreld and Logan will join forces to connect production sites directly to local renewable energy sources to fuel and decarbonize local industry. In addition, they will contribute to develop the hydrogen value chain by providing production technology, bunkering and refilling solutions, and energy system engineering services.
Moreld will provide market intelligence in Norway and rest of Scandinavia as well as engineering, procurement and construction, and be responsible for necessary preparation and installation of the hydrogen systems.
Logan will use their extensive hydrogen know-how and experience to deliver projects together with Moreld by defining technical solutions and building the technology.
